Eligibility Criteria
Criteria to be satisfied at Group* level:
- The "NR Programme" offered by Kotak Private Banking is an exclusive program designed specifically for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs)
- Criteria to be maintained/satisfied at CRN level : Rs 7.5 Cr Relationship Value* (or USD
equivalent)
- For New to Bank Relationships# - Initial payment of 50 lakhs at the time of savings bank
account opening, post which the client will have to maintain eligibility as mentioned
above.
*Relationship Value as defined by Private Banking from time to time. The membership /
benefits / vouchers will be applicable to clients who have an active Savings bank account or
transaction via Debit card with Kotak Mahindra Bank. #New to Bank is defined as a New CRN.
Other Terms and Conditions
Entry to this Programme is by invitation and at the sole discretion of the bank. Meeting the
Programme eligibility criteria is not an implicit invitation to the Programme.
- Programme is only applicable to Non Resident Individuals who have a savings relationship
with the Bank. All the execution of benefits / e-vouchers and Programme related
communication would be executed / sent from/ to the registered email ID with Kotak
Mahindra Bank of the client who signs the form. The membership / benefits / vouchers
will be applicable to clients who have an active Savings bank account or transaction via
Debit card with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Clients are requested to get in touch with the
Service Manager in case of email ID updation/ modification of clients existing email
ID.
The benefits of the (NR) Programme are applicable till the time the client is a part of
the Programme and maintaining the required eligibility. Kotak Mahindra Bank reserves the
right to withdraw the membership to the Programme after due intimation to the client.
In the event of withdrawal of the Programme, client shall continue to be a Private
Banking client till they meet the eligibility criteria of Private Banking as defined
from time to time.
- The prevailing regulatory guidelines as updated from time to time will take precedence
over the benefits and features of the Programme for all client types (Individual / No
individual).
- Nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions accepted by
the client at the time of opening the account.
- I / We understand and accept the terms & conditions mentioned herein including the
terms available at website for the facility granted and its benefits of the Kotak (NR)
Programme. I / We hereby agree to be bound by the same and to any further amendments or
changes governing the Programme thereof made by the Bank from time to time. If the
balances and Relationship Value required as per Programme eligibility are not maintained
which is subject to review six monthly, annually or as may be deemed fit by the Bank on
an ongoing basis or for any other reason as deemed fit by the Bank, the Bank reserves
the right to withdraw the prevailing Programme features, with prior intimation. In case
of such withdrawal of prevailing Programme entitlement, all the existing Programme
features (e.g. discounts, services etc.) will be withdrawn and instead the features /
fees and the charges of Private Banking would be applicable.
- Terms and conditions mentioned herein are in addition to the terms and conditions of
Private Banking.
- I have voluntarily supplied the above information which I acknowledge that the Bank is
required to obtain to provide its products and services to me. I have gone through the
Terms and Conditions published by the Bank on its website www.kotakprivate.com and
having agreed to the same I hereby give my consent in favor of the Bank to process my
personal information for the purposes and in the manner provided in the Privacy Notice
while I avail various products and services from the Bank.
Steps to avail the airport pick/drop (India location) benefit:

Terms & conditions: Airport pick/drop (India location) benefit
- Chauffeur Service constitutes a booking from an airport to one (1) address in the
City
Centre (and vice versa).
- All Limousine services are required to be reserved 48 hours in advance of scheduled
service time.
- Reservation confirmation will be sent to client via SMS and/or email within 15
minutes
after receiving client’s reservation.
- Driver and car details will be sent to client via SMS and/or email at least 3 hours
prior client’s reserved/scheduled pickup time.
- No additional pick up and drop off points are allowed for all Limousine service.
- Waiting time - 45 minutes of free waiting time is allotted at the time of pick up
from
the airport or Hotel. Over 45 minutes of waiting time, extra charges applicable.
- Infant seat/child seat is chargeable extra per seat, subject to availability.
- Additional surcharges are applicable for Limousine Services exceed 40 kms kilometre
mileage inclusion.
- Type of vehicles used for each category as follows: Comfort category: Premium Sedan
or
SUV or similar.
Steps to avail the meet & greet services at domestic airport
locations:
You are requested to share the request with your Private Banker or Service
Relationship Manager to avail the benefit.
Terms & conditions: Meet & greet
- Meet & Greet Service constitutes either an arrival or departure service whereby
an
escort will be present to assist client through immigration and security clearance,
and
expedite the process (if available) at the airport.
- All Meet & Greet services are required to be reserved 72 hours in advance of
scheduled service time.
- Reservation confirmation will be sent to client via SMS and/or email within 15
minutes
after receiving client’s reservation.
- Details of the Meet & Greet Service will be sent to client via SMS and/or email
at
least 3 hours prior client’s reserved/scheduled pickup time.
- Any cancellation or change to the timing for Meet & Greet service are required
to be
made at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled meetup/service time, failing which
any
change in timing will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be provided for
cancellation.
- Service Partner and the Meet & Greet concierge shall not be howsoever
responsible
for client arriving late to the airport resulting in denied check-in, denied
boarding of
the aircraft, or missing of the flight.
- Meet & Greet Service operating hours are subject to each airport’s
operational
restrictions.

Terms & conditions: Golf sessions
- This facility/benefit is being facilitated through our Golf service provider and the
booking shall be processed through the service provider.
- The Golf program is not a golf club membership and is not to be regarded as a golf
club
membership.
- Acceptance of requests for bookings for golf games are subject to availability and
will
be accepted at the discretion of the golf clubs/ golf instructors.
- All bookings are to be made through Europ Assistance Concierge platform and must not
contact the golf clubs or golf instructors directly.
- Any request for changes to confirmed booking time slots are subject to availability
and
will be accepted at the discretion of the golf clubs / golf instructors.
- All enquiries for golf games have to be booked at least 4 days in advance. Without a
prior 4-days advance notice, we will not be able to honour the booking requests
under
any circumstance.
- Any Game/Lesson cancelled on a notice of less than 48hrs, shall be considered as a
no
show
- The Program is valid for golf course access only. Clients and/or their guests will
not
have access to the other facilities at the golf clubs.
- Clients and their guests must follow all club & establishment usage rules
including
limits of access to use club facilities and dress code as applicable to Green Fee
players.
- To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating client releases Europ
Assistance from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for
legal
expenses) sustained or incurred by him/her in connection with his/her participation
in
the Program.
- Europ Assistance do not underwrite or warrant the services performed by the golf
courses/golf learning facilities/golf instructors and shall not be liable in any
manner
whatsoever for any deficiency, delay or imperfection in such services or for any
loss or
damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a client directly or
indirectly by use or non -use of the services provided by the golf club/golf
learning
facility/golf instructor under this Program.
- Cardholders are not permitted to invite/entertain any guests in the Golf Club
premises.
- Booking will be processed on a best effort basis and Europ Assistance does not
assume
any responsibility or liability for booking requests which are not confirmed due to
any
reason whatsoever.
- Bookings are not transferrable.
- Tournament dates at courses are blackout dates and no bookings shall be available
during
these dates.
- The Program is valid for golf course access only to individual golfers and is not
valid
for any Group Bookings, unless specified so.
- Europ Assistance and the Golf service partner reserve their absolute rights to
alter/
withdraw any of the terms and conditions of the Program at any time without prior
notice
to the client.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with
the
laws of Indian courts. These Terms and Conditions and an arrangement herein shall be
subject to applicable RBI guidelines issued from time to time and prevailing law and
regulations.
Steps to avail the concierge services for invite-only events and
experiences across the globe

usage.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of service.
- Cancellation and refund as per policy at the time of booking
- We are not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of events

on our platform.
- The content of the event listings, including descriptions, dates, times, and
locations,
is provided by event organizers and we do not verify or endorse such information
- Any ticket purchases or registrations for listed events are subject to the terms and
conditions set by the event organizers, and we are not liable for any issues or
disputes
arising from such transactions
- We reserve the right to remove or modify event listings at our discretion without
prior
notice
- Users agree not to misuse, abuse, or manipulate the listed event service or engage
in
any fraudulent or illegal activities
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms
and
conditions or engage in any harmful or disruptive behavior on our platform

- The operational hours of each Spa may differ and might change as per the discretion
of
authorities.
- Guests should be fully aware of their responsibility in disclosing any medical or
health
conditions that may prevent them from using the facility.
- We strive to always ensure your comfort, however, cannot guarantee a specific
therapist
or gender for the service. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping
protocols

Terms & conditions: Executive diagnostic package:
- The company does not recommend or endorse any diagnostic test/packages mentioned on
the
Website. In all cases customer to also refer to any additional T&C of the
service
provider.
- The Company does not make any representations and warranties with respect to the
diagnostic labs or the quality of the services that is provided by such diagnostic
labs.
- Fasting of 10-12 hours would be required, wherever applicable.
- The diagnostic lab partners have a certified quality protocol in place. Factors such
as
physiological disturbances, fever, dehydration, hemolysis, etc. can cause variation
in
reported results.
- In case blood sample gets lysed, Our Diagnostic Lab partner will approach for a
fresh
sample collection, the same day or another mutually decided date
- As part of the operational procedure, copy of reports for Tests completed would be
shared with the Company by the labs/partners for the purpose of our
reference/recording
purpose and also for billing/payout.
- Sample collection is available on the next day for the booking request received
before 3
pm.
- The Company does not guarantee or make any representation with respect to the
correctness, completeness or accuracy of the information or details provided by
Labs/diagnostic partners or any third party.
- Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours before the appointment date & time. The
rescheduling will be done on best effort basis.
- Appointment once booked cannot be cancelled. No refund shall of the amount/ member
benefit utilized shall be done by the company.
- The service is available in the attached cities and PO Codes of India only.
Steps to avail the tele/video consultation with a general
physician

physician
- The Company is not a medical service provider or a hospital and shall bear no
responsibility or liability towards the medical advice or other acts of the doctors
or
practitioners that communicate with customer/patient during the online doctor
consultations.
- The online doctor consultations are not to be used for emergency medical
requirements or
as a replacement for physical examination of the patient.
- In case any medical advice or prescription is provided by the doctor, the same is
being
provided on the basis of the information shared by customer/patient through the
online
consultation process and the advice or prescription may vary when examined in
person.
- When customer/patient uses the online doctor consultation services, he/she agrees to
provide all medical records available with them and provide all relevant information
pertaining to their medical history, including treatments that other medical
practitioners may have suggested and may be on-going.
- The services under Online Medical Consultation would cover Consulting Charges with
Doctor only. All other charges with regards to treatment, procedure, dressing,
medicines
etc. would not be part and not covered under this service.
- The company will not be responsible for any cross references, treatments,
procedures,
tests or any complications arising from these treatments, procedures, tests
suggested by
Doctor.
- Rescheduling is allowed 24 hours before the appointment date & time. The
rescheduling will be done on best effort basis.
- Appointment once booked cannot be cancelled. No refund shall be allowed of the
amount/
member benefit utilized shall be done by the company.
- In case customer/patient is not able to attend the appointment the same will be
considered missed and no refund/reversal of member benefit utilized shall be done by
the
company.

Steps to avail the Tax Consultant services

Terms & conditions: Tax Consultant Services
- The services are provided by our empanelled partner.
- The service/benefit is available only for the client part of the NR Programme.
- Our team will arrange for consultation with empanelled the empanelled CA.
- Once the confirmation is received from CA, a chorus call is booked, the details will
be shared with client the and CA within 24-48 hours.
Steps to avail pick up of documents from your overseas location:
You are requested to share your request with your Private Banker or Service
Relationship Manager to avail the services.

- Complete details required in the specified ‘pick-up format’ shared
- The client needs to maintain RV as per NR Programme classification.
- If RV is not maintained as per specified classification, then NR Product Head
approval
is required.
- To arrange pick up for Non PB client, approval from NR Product head is required.
- If complimentary pick up exceeds within FY, NR Product Head approval is required.
- To arrange complimentary pick up NR Area manager approval is required.
- To arrange pick up other than NR LOB, approval is required as per respective
delegation
matrix along with LOB to debit costs.
- Post the request is received, we will initiate the documents to be picked up within
6
hours with our courier partner DHL.
- The TAT for collecting documents by DHL is 48 hours.
- Post the DHL pick up is arranged by us, the client needs to take a print out of the
AWB
copy (about 3-4 pages)
